HIMSS Analytics launches state healthcare reports

Healthcare IT data provider HIMSS Analytics is launching a new series of reports for healthcare providers in all 50 U.S. states.

HIMSS Analytics, a not-for-profit subsidiary of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) of Chicago, said its state healthcare reports cover general economics and demographics, as well as employment and industry statistics, union listings, hospital listings, insurance demographics, Medicare and Medicaid spending, governance, payor segmentation and listings, healthcare segments, and listings of regional health information organizations (RHIOs), among other information tailored to the healthcare industry.

The reports can be obtained through the organization's Web site.
