Agfa, Fuji get new DIN-PACS contracts

The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded up to $54 million in Digital Imaging Network - PACS (DIN-PACS) contracts.

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support in Philadelphia has awarded Agfa HealthCare of Greenville, SC, up to $45 million in contracts and Fujifilm Medical Systems USA of Stamford, CT, a maximum of $9 million in contracts for DIN-PACS systems, subsystems, and components.

The projects will be completed by May 21, 2011, according to the Department of Defense.
