Matrox to unveil new displays at RSNA

Matrox Graphics of Montreal plans to showcase a variety of displays and imaging applications at RSNA 2008 in Chicago in a dozen company booths.

Matrox's new Xenia Series triple-display PCIe controller board boasts more memory and higher resolution support in a single slot. Xenia's flexible, all-digital display configuration includes new features, such as 8-, 10-, and 13-bit independent Gamma LUTs to enable precise DICOM calibration and provide more accurate image display for viewing and diagnosis.

Designed for use with a broad range of 8- or 10-bit grayscale and color displays in a variety of configurations, Matrox Xenia Pro includes 1,024 MB of on-board RAM to support growing image volume requirements and display resolutions from less than 1 megapixel to as high as 8 megapixels.

Matrox's MED Series dual-display PCI boards are designed to deliver high-quality images and performance for PACS diagnostic workstations and computed radiography and digital radiography review stations.

Matrox's displays and display controller boards will be featured in the booths of the following companies: Ampronix (Booth 9100), Chili GmbH (Booth 2000H), Eizo Nanao Technologies (Booth 4022), mediDOK GmbH (Booth 2000B), Merge Healthcare (Booth 4058), NEC Display Solutions (Booth 4270), Quest International (Booth 7508), Rogan-Delft (Booth 8908), Sectra (Booth 9124), Swissray International (Booth 1809), Telemis (Booth 2902), and Totoku (Booth 4635).
