Toshiba signs PinnacleHealth

Toshiba America Medical Systems will install its Aquilion One CT scanner at PinnacleHealth in Harrisburg, PA, as part of a five-year contract.

Under the terms of agreement, PinnacleHealth also will spend $14.5 million to buy four additional CT systems, five MR scanners, 11 ultrasound systems, and eight x-ray systems, according to the Tustin, CA-based vendor. Toshiba also will provide additional services including consulting engagements, productivity and efficiency services, and marketing services.
