Kodak launches imaging agent for research

Eastman Kodak Health Group's Molecular Imaging Systems unit has introduced the Kodak X-Sight imaging agent for in vivo molecular imaging applications.

The Rochester, NY company's new product launches this week at the International Molecular Medicine Tri-Conference in San Francisco.

Kodak noted that its X-Sight imaging agents are nontoxic, making them safe for research studies in areas, such as oncology, cardiology, diabetes, and inflammation.

A circular VOI was drawn on DFIs and the SUVmax was 1.0 (lower than the cutoff of 1.1). After 10 weeks of antibiotic treatment, the infection was successfully resolved, and the foot was preserved.
