TeraRecon adds iPad support to AQi

Advanced visualization firm TeraRecon of San Mateo, CA, has released version 4.4.5 of its Aquarius iNtuition (AQi) advanced visualization server-based software suite. The upgrade includes support for the newly released iPad tablet computer.

While not intended for clinical diagnostic use, iNtuition support for the iPad, as well as Apple's iPod Touch and iPhone devices, provides a way for physicians to obtain access to images and advanced visualization tools.
