Calgary Scientific partners with Edge Health

Canadian advanced visualization firm Calgary Scientific of Calgary, Alberta, has expanded its partnership with Edge Health Solutions of Richmond, British Columbia.

The deal gives Edge Health the right to use Calgary Scientific's PureWeb software to add Web functionality to Allscripts' MyWay for Mac software, to which Edge Health has distribution rights.

The deal will enable MyWay for Mac users, such as dentists and physicians, to view diagnostic images through their iPhones, laptops, or desktop computers.
