CIVCO launches needle guide for Siemens ultrasound

Ultrasound and radiotherapy products provider CIVCO Medical Solutions has released a needle guide for use in conjunction with biopsy software on Siemens Medical Solutions' Acuson Sequoia ultrasound platform.

The Kalona, IA-based CIVCO said the 17L5 HD multiangle needle-guidance device utilizes a two-part system consisting of a custom reusable biopsy bracket and a disposable snap-on needle guide.
