MIMvista of Cleveland will demonstrate software for cardiac and neurological visualization, as well as an automated contouring application for PET studies.

MIMcardiac is designed for the fusion of anatomical and functional data in cardiac studies, and supports PET and SPECT studies. Key features include 3D CT coronary angiography perfusion registration, static and gated stress/rest and perfusion/metabolism registration and display, and ejection fraction calculation based on PET and SPECT data. The software is currently commercially available, with the exception of the 3D CCTA module, which will be released in the third quarter of 2007.

2006 11 07 15 23 56 706MIMneuro is designed for neurological use, including clinical conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, epilepsy, stroke, tumor, and general neurological PET reads. Key features include automatic voxel, region, and cortical quantitative analysis; a single-brain anatomical atlas; a probabilistic anatomical atlas; and age-appropriate controls.

Finally, MIMvista will showcase MIMcontouring, a component of the company's MIMfusion software. The application includes PET-based 3D contouring, standardized uptake value (SUV) and derivate-based thresholding, and multimodality image fusion. Contours defined from a PET volume aligned to a simulation CT are stored as DICOM RT structure sets (RTSTRUCT), allowing contours to be displayed with the simulation CT image volume, according to the company.
