Paxeramed debuts cloud PACS at RSNA By AuntMinnie.com staff writers
November 25, 2012 -- PAC and RIS software developer Paxeramed is introducing its cloud-based PaxeraUltima PACS at the 2012 RSNA meeting in Chicago. Featuring an easy automated payment model, PaxeraUltima offers cloud archiving plans for as low as 99¢ per study, and the plans are scalable up to 4 TB of online storage. Paxeramed is offering free 30-day trial accounts with 10 GB of storage.
PaxeraUltima features a fast streaming engine for downloading large studies, interactive advanced visualization tools, an embedded zero-footprint viewer for clinical viewing access, an image sharing module, dedicated servers with SSL encryption up to 256 bit, and advanced hanging protocols with customized preferences and multimonitor support.
