Q: Where do I go to register for the conference?

Q: Where do I go to login the day of the show?
A: After you register you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the link and your user name and password. If you have already registered you can also login directly here:

Q: Why does is it require a system check?
A: This virtual conference uses a number of technologies to provide you with the ability to see and hear the presentations as well as interact with others in the environment. Not all computers have the components needed to provide you with a good experience at the show. The system check will help you identify any potential problems and allow you to address them.

Q: The system check seems to never end, how long is it supposed to take?
A: If you are continuing to have problems loading the system check please try clearing your cache (internet browsing history) and refreshing your browser.

If you are failing any of the system checks that will require an upgrade to your current software and/or contacting your IT department to open up your firewall.

If it looks as you are passing all tests but you still cannot login please use this alternate link:

Q: I never get to the actual conference just the systems check page.
A: Same as above.

Q: What are the technical requirements needed to participate in the show?
A: To interact with the online environment requires a Windows PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 minimum or Firefox 3.6 - 5. Mac with Firefox 3.6 - 5 and Safari 4.x or higher are also supported. We support Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 on PCs. Leopard, Tiger, and Snow Leopard are supported on Macs. Linux Fedora Core 10 is also supported operating systems. Adobe Flash Player 10 or higher is required. Access to the internet using high speed access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall environment and is required for all presentations. Pop-up blockers must also be disabled and cookies and JavaScript should be enabled.  On entering the environment, a system check is run which will identify computer requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online environment. It is recommended to view the environment with the display resolution of 1024 x 768. To run the system check, click here.

Before you access the environment, you should ensure that your browser is configured to stream media. All webcasts require a broadband connection. For webcasts including video, you will need a minimum Internet connection of 450Kbps. We recommend a connection of 750Kbps or higher.
