Imagia acquires Cadens Medical Imaging

Montreal-based healthcare artificial intelligence (AI) company Imagia has acquired Cadens Medical Imaging.

The AI-based technology and intellectual property of Cadens will help advance Imagia's AI-driven personalized healthcare solutions, the company said.

Funding of the acquisition came from Imagia's series A financing proceeds led by BDC Capital and Fidelity Investments Canada.
