Minrad makes two exec appointments

Minrad International has named Charles Trego Jr. as its new chief financial officer (CFO) and executive vice president, effective March 3.

Trego joins the Orchard Park, NY, company from Hardinge, a metal-cutting products manufacturer in Elmira, NY, where he served as CFO and senior vice president since October 2005.

Minrad also named Dennis Goupil to the position of executive vice president and chief technology officer. Goupil previously served as the senior vice president, technical for Minrad since June 2007.
