Datascope names new CFO

Interventional device developer Datascope reported that Scott Kantor, the firm's chief financial officer (CFO), has resigned.

Hank Scaramelli, corporate vice president and controller, will assume the position of acting CFO, according to the Montvale, NJ-based company.
