Initia-RT taps Amir as GM

Radiotherapy treatment developer Initia-RT, a division of Tel Aviv, Israel-based Initia Medical Technologies, has named Uri Amir as its general manager.

Amir has almost 30 years of experience in the medical field in the areas of medical imaging and therapeutic devices, including CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine. He will administer all R&D efforts, as well as retain responsibility for worldwide commercial activities, according to Initia-RT.
