Oncology Services installs Varian radiotherapy system

Radiation therapy service firm Oncology Services International (OSI) has installed Varian Medical Systems' TrueBeam radiotherapy system at its training facility.

Installed at the OSI Academy, the OSI training and testing facility in Lakewood, NJ, the system will expand the firm's training program for linear accelerators. The academy trains OSI's field service engineering team and other independent engineers.

OSI also provides refurbished equipment, and the TrueBeam system in Lakewood will be offered for sale later in 2018.
