The National Association for Proton Therapy (NAPT) has named a new executive director.
Scott Warwick has more than 20 years of experience working in comprehensive cancer center and radiation oncology operations, the association said. Most recently he served as vice president of strategic initiatives and program development at Provision Healthcare in Knoxville, TN, and vice president of clinical operations at Provision Proton Therapy Center, also in Knoxville.
As executive director for NAPT, he will lead its efforts to ensure that people with cancer have access to the benefits of proton beam therapy, according to the organization.
