Mobius Medical, Sun Nuclear settle suit over QA software

Radiation oncology software provider Mobius Medical Systems and Sun Nuclear have settled their case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

In October 2013, Mobius Medical Systems filed for an injunction to stop Sun from distributing ImagePro, radiation therapy quality assurance (QA) software, on the grounds of misappropriation of Mobius's trade secrets, breach of contract, and tortious interference.

On December 10, 2013, a U.S. District Court issued a preliminary injunction barring Sun from promoting or distributing ImagePro, Mobius said. On December 2 of this year, Harmon approved a permanent injunction against ImagePro as part of the settlement. Additional terms are confidential, Mobius said.
