Cirino promoted to Marconi VP

Marconi Medical Systems of Cleveland has announced the appointment of Jerry C. Cirino to executive vice president, global sales and service. Cirino moves to the new position from his current role as president of Marconi's Picker Health Care Products business, a vendor of diagnostic imaging supplies and accessories. The Picker division grew substantially during Cirino's tenure, acquiring six companies and increasing sales to $600 million annually, according to the company. Cirino held various senior management positions before joining Marconi Medical Systems' predecessor, Picker International, in 1984. He serves on Marconi's corporate executive committee, and as an officer of the corporation.
