PhorMax names Slosman as CEO

Low-cost computed radiography developer PhorMax has appointed Marvin Slosman as president and CEO. Slosman will replace Gary Cantu, who will serve as chairman and chief architect of the Palo Alto, CA-based vendor.

Slosman recently served as executive vice president at business-to-business e-commerce market maker Emerge Interactive. Before coming to Emerge, he served as cardiology division sales manager at Cordis. He has also held various posts at GE Capital and GE Medical Systems.
