Merge names new CEO

PACS and connectivity firm Merge Technologies has appointed Richard Linden as president and chief executive officer. Linden replaces Merge founder Bill Mortimore, who will now assume the role of active chairman and chief strategist for the Milwaukee-based firm.

Linden comes to Merge with 17 years of technology and healthcare industry experience, most recently as the president of the healthcare consulting group at MMI, a healthcare risk management firm.
