Wallace installed as AHRA president

DiAnne Wallace officially assumed the role of president of the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA), taking over from J.D. Mace at the AHRA's annual convention in Nashville on August 10.

Wallace, director of imaging services at Fayette Medical Clinic in Fayetteville, GA, has been active in the AHRA for the past dozen years, and in the radiology industry for more than 33 years.

In addition to the transition of presidents, the AHRA board acknowledged the beginning of two-year director terms for Mel Allen, Tim DeLong, Julie Hughes, Jeff Schaeffer, and Marc Viau. Sheila Sferrella assumed the position of president-elect.
