ContextVision brings new modules to RSNA 2012

Image enhancement developer ContextVision plans to introduce several new additions to its portfolio at next week's 2012 RSNA meeting in Chicago.

The company will debut new add-on modules for its GOPView XR2Plus image enhancement technology, including an Intelligent Exposure Index that is based on the relevant region of the image, according to the firm. Other new add-on modules include Defect Correct Library and Doctor's Interface for end-user image control.

ContextVision will also showcase the second generation of its GOPView iRVUltra software for interventional radiology. The latest release provides improvements in noise reduction while enhancing fine structures and edges, ContextVision said.

Also in the spotlight will be the company's GOPiCE US 3D/4D filtering technology for ultrasound.
