PACS/RIS developer Paxeramed has been awarded a contract by Egypt's ministry of health to install its vendor-neutral archive (VNA) across the country.
The contract will connect 570 hospitals to a main data center, Paxeramed said. The company estimates that its VNA will archive and process approximately 18 million images per day across Egypt.
