Providence operates 32 hospitals and 350 clinics in Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.
Nuance will deploy the network edition of its software to support Providence's rollout of its new electronic health record (EHR) system from Epic Systems. The Dragon Medical 360 software will be seamlessly integrated with the EHR over the next 12 months, enabling approximately 8,000 clinicians to interact with, document, and navigate through the EHR by voice commands and dictation.
