    Douglas Sinclair is the firm's new CFO, replacing Guy Anthony, who has resigned to pursue personal interests, according to the firm. Sinclair most recently was CFO and COO of Vertical Networks, and over the past 10 years has been the CFO of several technology companies, according to Stentor.
