    The program, which pairs urgent care clinics with local imaging centers, allows CT, MRI, and ultrasound to be offered 24/7 in an outpatient emergency setting, according to the company. USARad.com said it can provide immediate radiology reports with an average turnaround time of just 15 to 20 minutes.

    The firm said it participated in a small pilot program in Texas over the past six months where an urgent care clinic shares a facility with an imaging center, with USARad.com providing 24/7 teleradiology service.
