Lantheus inks Premier deals
 October 24, 2011 -- Lantheus Medical Imaging said it has received new three-year contracts to supply its radiopharmaceuticals, Definity ultrasound contrast agent, and Ablavar MR angiography contrast agent to the Premier healthcare alliance.

The radiopharmaceutical products supplier agreement with the alliance's Premier Purchasing Partners group purchasing unit is effective January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2014, and includes the company's Cardiolite, gallium-67, Neurolite, TechneLite, thallium-201, and xenon-133 radiopharmaceuticals.
The ultrasound contrast media award is a sole-source supplier agreement that runs from December 1, 2011, through November 30, 2014, while the MR angiography contract is a supplier agreement that is effective from January 2, 2012, through December 31, 2014, according to Lantheus. | |
