Revenues advanced 10% to $9.5 million, compared with $8.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2011. Net income rose to $1.6 million, compared with net income of $1.3 million in fiscal 2011's third quarter.

For the nine-month period, total revenues gained 12% to $28.5 million, compared with $25.4 million in the same period of fiscal 2011. Net income increased 71% to $5.1 million, compared with net income of $3 million in the same period of the last fiscal year.
