RadNet plans to acquire Calif. centers
April 2, 2012 -- Imaging services firm RadNet has completed an agreement with West Coast Radiology to acquire its assets, which include multimodality imaging centers in Orange County, CA.

The centers, located in Anaheim, Irvine, Mission Viejo/Laguna Niguel, and Santa Ana/Tustin, are expected to add $17 million in revenue to RadNet on an annualized basis.
The total purchase price was not stated, but the acquisition is expected to be completed this month, RadNet said.
