The five facilities, located in Bowie, Chevy Chase, Frederick, Rockville, and Waldorf, offer a combination of MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, x-ray, and other modalities. RadNet expects the five centers to bring in approximately $10 million of revenue annually, the company said.
RadNet expects the deal to close in April.
