Another Canadian province questions radiology tests

  • On Monday, health authorities began a review of 30,000 ultrasounds, chest x-rays, and other tests performed over three years by a radiologist in the northwestern section of the province. The Minister of Health for the province, Mary Schryer, is looking for a company to conduct an external review.

    The radiologist in question was interpreting approximately 10,000 tests per year, Canadian Press reported.
