Varian lands South African install

January 19, 2011 -- Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems of Palo Alto, CA, has installed its RapidArc system at the largest private hospital in South Africa, the Netcare Unitas Hospital in the Pretoria suburb of Centurion.
