October 17, 2012 -- Radiopharmaceutical firm Jubilant DraxImage has named Dr. Norman LaFrance as vice president, medical and regulatory affairs, and chief medical officer (CMO).

LaFrance comes to Jubilant DraxImage after stints at DuPont Merck, Bracco, Celltech, Bausch & Lomb, and Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals. He is also the industry's representative to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Medical Imaging Drugs Advisory Committee (MIDAC).
In addition, LaFrance retains active medical licensure and is double board-certified in both nuclear medicine and internal medicine, Jubilant DraxImage said.
