Randy Fox has been named vice president and chief information officer, and Karim Karti has been appointed vice president and chief marketing officer.
Fox, who has worked for GE for more than 25 years, most recently with GE Energy Management, will lead the healthcare division's global IT organization. He will also partner closely with the division's business and regions to deliver tools, processes, and systems designed to assist GE's employees, customers, and patients, according to the company.
Karti will be responsible for developing and implementing global growth strategies for GE Healthcare. He has been with the healthcare division for 15 years, most recently as president and CEO of GE Healthcare for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States, Turkey, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
