Lenox Hill owns and operates several multimodality facilities in Manhattan and also has interests in centers in other areas of New York City. RadNet paid $30 million for Lenox Hill; it said the acquisition would add $40 million in revenue to RadNet on an annualized basis.

RadNet said that Lenox Hill's operations in Manhattan would be a good complement to RadNet's existing businesses in northern New Jersey and other areas around New York City.
