  • The agreement adds the PenView breast imaging workstation and vendor-neutral archive (VNA) to PenRad's product suite in the U.S. Both offerings are powered by EBM, according to PenRad.

PenView is a multimodality reading software package that can integrate breast MRI, ultrasound computer-aided detection (CAD), and full mammography information system reporting capabilities, according to PenRad. It has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) clearance.

The VNA is designed to provide on-demand delivery of images and data to locations throughout the healthcare enterprise, PenRad said.
