Three Palm announces upgrades

Breast imaging software developer Three Palm Software of Los Gatos, CA, has upgraded its WorkstationOne mammography reading software, the company said.

WorkstationOne can now support most of the popular graphic cards used in breast imaging workstations: MXRT series from Barco of Kortrijk, Belgium; Xenia Pro from Matrox of Dorval, Quebec;  the Quadro series cards from NVIDIA of Santa Clara, CA; and commodity graphics cards that support the OpenGL 2.0 standard or later, according to Three Palm.

WorkstationOne supports the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) mammography image profile and the display of computed-aided detection (CAD) markers, as well as GSPS graphic annotation. It can be installed on an off-the-shelf general-purpose computer with one or two grayscale high-resolution monitors and one color monitor, Three Palm said.
