PACS accessories firm PACSGear of Pleasanton, CA, has purchased all the assets of NAI Tech Products of Auburn, CA.
The acquisition adds NAI's digital video capture products to PACSGear's PACS/electronic health record connectivity platform.
Financial details were not disclosed.
