Dr. Williams received his radiology residency training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He then completed fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine, also at Walter Reed. Dr. Williams is Board Certified in both Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. For the past several years Dr. Williams has been working on Internet based texts (e-texts) covering various aspects of Radiology. The Thoracic Imaging on the Internet and Nuclear Medicine on the Internet texts are perhaps the most recognized.
Dr. Williams will soon be joining Advanced Radiology Consultants (ARC) located in Bridgeport, CT. Dr. Williams will assume the position as Acting Chief of the Nuclear Medicine Section, Department of Radiology, at Bridgeport Hospital in the Yale Health System. The group also maintains independent imaging centers in Stamford, Stratford, Trumbull, Fairfield, and Orange, CT.
