TomTec management, staff acquire 100% of company

Ultrasound visualization developer TomTec Imaging Systems said that 100% of the company is now owned by senior management and staff members.

Holding company mc2ap, which was founded by TomTec executives Holger Frank, Bernhard Mumm, Frank Schlau, and Ulrich Haupt, purchased the remaining TomTec shares held by ABN Amro Ventures in 2005 and those of Nihon Kohden in spring 2006. More than 93% of TomTec shares are now held by senior management, while staff hold nearly 7%, according to the Unterschleissheim, Germnay-based firm.
