ACR Image Metrix chosen as AMI's CRO

The American College of Radiology's (ACR) Image Metrix division in Philadelphia has been selected by the Academy of Molecular Imaging (AMI) as its contract research organization (CRO).

ACR Image Metrix will provide database, data management, and image handling services for a trial comparing F-18 sodium fluoride PET/CT imaging with conventional technetium-99m methylene diphosphonate (MDP) bone imaging techniques to localize carcinogenic bone metastases.

AMI has secured funding from the Institute for Molecular Technologies, as well as academic collaboration for the initiative.
