Continuing trends in evidence at the past two RSNA meetings, display vendors will come to Chicago armed with a range of color offerings. Firms are continuing to devote resources to developing high-brightness color displays that can accommodate both color and grayscale modalities.
Some vendors are also experimenting with superhigh-resolution displays. Visitors to RSNA will be able to examine an 8-megapixel display and even a 16-megapixel display on the show floor.
In addition to the OEM models described below, RSNA attendees will be able to browse displays in the booths of a number of distributors, such as Ampronix (Booth 6734), Data Distributing (Booth 3915), Double Black Imaging (Booth 3782), Quest International (Booth 6948), and U.S. Electronics (Booth 3165).
