2008 10 27 13 15 08 289 Riverrain Cad 2008(Booth 1309) Riverain Medical of Miamisburg, OH, will demonstrate OnGuard, a computer-aided detection (CAD) application for use with chest imaging on digital radiography systems.

Look for Riverain to highlight OnGuard's ability to detect solitary pulmonary nodules between 9 mm and 30 mm that could be early-stage lung cancer. The company also will talk up recent improvements that have resulted in higher sensitivity and fewer false positives for the software.

OnGuard integrates with PACS workstations, making it easier for users to integrate CAD with their existing workflow.
